What is the Spotit Academy?
For six months, you can follow a traineeship for promising talents. This programme is filled with training given by internal and external coaches. Besides theoretical lessons, we also supplement the programme with sufficient practical experience. Ideal for starting a successful career in security & networking and for ensuring your long-term development within our organisation. We not only teach you the necessary IT skills, but we also focus on soft skills, such as planning and communication, so you get that extra push for a flying start.
And after the Academy?
Even after this training programme, we will continue to guide you personally, monitor your progress and offer you other training opportunities. Together with you, we draw up a personal development plan. In September 2024, the 7th edition of the Academy will start.
