Job description

  • Work closely with COO and CEO in managing the administration/operations function to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor, manage and maintain external vendors/consultants to ensure service delivery and performance standards are meeting expectations.
  • Responsible for ensuring the office is running smoothly; tracking and ordering office supplies.
  • Coordinate all aspects of financial operations; manage the entire close process, manage the annual audit and auditor relationships, and manage the budget process.
  • Oversee HR (Human Resources) activities, payroll, benefits compliance, and system management.
  • Maintain contracts and work closely with outside legal counsel on related activities

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or comparable experience required; Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines. CPA a plus!
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and Office Management Software (ERP); Experience with Netsuite is a plus!
  • Solid strategic thinking and execution still with the ability to roll up your sleeves.
  • Ability to partner with business and stakeholders across the organization, strong influencing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions (finance, legal, operations, administration).
  • Strong understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics, and its critical success factors
  • You are energetic and a self-learner who always keeps the team inspired
